Palmers Green resident Alex Atherton is raising money this month for Cancer Research UK and you can help spur him on to meet the goal he's set himself.
Alex has joined the charity's national November Push-Up Challenge and has pledged to do 100 push ups a day throughout the month. And the more sponsorship he gets, the more he'll be incentivised to do them!
Alex confesses that "So far in 2023 the average number of push ups I've done every day is zero, so this will be an interesting challenge! I have a strong personal reason for doing it and know that will keep me going."
Alex is even planning to do some of his push-ups in public:
"I'm looking to do some of my daily challenge in various venues around Palmers Green, so if you see me in my blue t-shirt doing push ups in a shop, café or park do say hello!”
