Broomfield Home Owners' and Residents' Association (BHORA) have posted to their website the presentation boards used by Notting Hill Housing at last month's consultation about their ideas for developing two sites just to the west of Ritz Parade (see this earlier report).

The two plans reproduced here show the outline shapes of the proposed buildings.  Site 1, immediately to the west of Ritz Parade, is owned by Notting Hill and would be built on first.  The land was previously occcupied by a petrol station but is now used for car parking.  Site 2 has some buildings on it and is only partially owned by Notting Hill.  It would be developed after Site 1, providing that Notting Hill was able to acquire all the land.

There is much more detailed information on the BHORA website.
